Anerythristic Boas are lacking all red pigment. The result is a grey, black, white & Silver Boa. My strain of Aneryrithristic Type 2 Nicaraguan boas have no brown on them and mature into beautiful Gray - Silver & Black Tailed snakes. This group of Anerys were purchased from Ben Seigel in 2001 - they are pure Nicaraguan boas that were born on a farm in Nicaragua. This particular trait is not compatible with the Type 1 Anerythristics that I produce with my Hypo Nics. I have proven this by breeding a Type 2 Black tail to a Hypo nic that is het for type 1 Anery. The result was no Anerythristics at all.  This Black Tail Anery type 2 color phase is probably one of the most desirable & Rare of the pure Nics.

Update 2006: This year I bred a beautiful pure Hypo Nicaraguan male that is het Type 1 Anery  to a Jet Black Type 2 Anery female. The result is a beautiful litter of Hypos & normals. All are 100% het Type 2 & 50% poss het Type 1 Anery. NOTE: The Black Anery Female that produced this litter is 4 years old and was 1500 grams before giving birth.

Update July 2007: This year I bred a Blood boa that is 66% poss het Type 2 Anery to my Black Type 2 Anery Nic female. The results were outstanding as I proved the Blood to be Het for this Type 2 Anery. I produced some beautiful Type 2 Aneries that are het for Blood ( Pewter ) and a some really nice & orange double hets for Type 2 Anery & Blood ( Pewter ). I will be selling a single Anery Het Blood female & a pair or two of the double hets.

Update July 2008: This year I bred my Blood boa het Type 2 Anery to a Orangetail het blood that turned out to be het Type 2 Anery too. I have a few beautiful Type 2 Aneries het Blood for sale & a Type 2 Ghost het Blood.

Update August 08: I also bred a Type 2 Anery to a Super Hypo Nic & got some great Hypos het Anery Type 2.
