1 ) We accept VISA or MASTERCARD, we also accept Pay Pal, Money Orders & Checks as payment. Animals will not be shipped until payments are 100% cleared into our account. For all credit card purchases - You can contact me via email with a daytime phone so I can get in touch with you & get your credit card information.
2 ) A 25% Deposit may be required to hold potential Offspring ( un born ) that are in high demand. Deposits cannot be refunded and can only be used towards the purchase of the animal that was reserved or for another animal if the pair you reserved was not produced. Payment is due in full at time of birth. Deposits are only taken on animals that are not born yet. If a deposit is taken to hold an animal that is born & ready to ship - then payment is due in full 30 days after the initial deposit.
3 ) Most animals will be sold as Pairs only ( Unless otherwise Noted ).
4 ) Shipping is via Fed Ex ($50 - $100 ) as I am an authorized "live Harmless Reptiles" shipper with FedEx. A Box charge will be charged on all orders ( $5 ) and Heat packs are $1 if neccessary. If packages are sent via Fed ex you must have someone present at the the address to sign for the Package. Also - I prefer to ship to a commercial Address when using Fedex.
5 ) All animals are guaranteed to arrive Healthy and Sexed properly. Notification of any problems must be made within 24 hours of Receiving your animals for any kind of Refund. All boxes shipped must be opened immediately upon receiving them - especially in colder weather as Heat Packs can get too hot in unopened boxes kept in a warm place.
6 ) International shipments that Require CITES paperwork must ad a $ 800 fee for CITES Permits - U.S. Fish & Wildlife Inspections - U.S. Customs Fees and Brokers Fees. To receive CITES shipments your Country may require that you apply for Import CITES permits ( you must check with your local authorities ). Secondly - your Country may require that you have an Import / Export license to receive CITES shipments. *Minimum International Shipment orders are $5,000 U.S.
